My Story
My path to this work has not been a straight one.
I have lived through loss, addiction, recovery, caregiving, grief, major life changes, and more than one complete reinvention of myself. There were times when life looked nothing like I thought it would, and I had to figure out how to keep moving forward even when I wasn't sure what forward looked like.
For several years, I cared for my husband through a serious illness. Losing him changed me in ways I am still learning to understand. During that time, and in the grief that followed, I also had to take a hard look at my own recovery and the ways I was coping.
My personal healing journey eventually led me to ibogaine and other transformational experiences. Those experiences gave me insight, but they also taught me something just as important: a breakthrough is only the beginning.
The real work happens afterward.
It happens when you come home. When the experience is over. When you have to make decisions, rebuild relationships, create new habits, face grief, stay connected to your recovery, and figure out how to bring what you learned into everyday life.
That is a big part of why I created Soulgence.
To me, Soulgence is about what begins to emerge when we stop simply surviving and start asking, "Who am I becoming now?"
Today, I work as a Recovery Coach and Integration Coach, supporting people through recovery, major transitions, transformational experiences, grief, and the sometimes messy process of rebuilding a life.
I am not here to tell people what their path should look like. I believe there are many paths to healing and recovery. My role is to listen, ask questions, help you find some structure when everything feels overwhelming, and support you in turning insight into real change.
I bring professional training to this work, but I also bring lived experience. I understand what it is like to start over. I understand how easy it is to lose sight of what you discovered during a powerful moment of clarity.
And that is really the heart of Soulgence:
Don't lose what you found.
Whatever brought you here — recovery, loss, transition, a transformational experience, or simply knowing that something in your life needs to change — you do not have to have everything figured out before you begin.
“Healing is not always about going back to who you were. Sometimes it is about becoming who you were always meant to be.”

Philosophy
My Approach
I work with people who are in the middle of something hard — recovery, grief, a major life transition, or the aftermath of a powerful transformational experience. My approach is grounded in listening, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person's own wisdom.
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all healing. What works for one person may not work for another, and part of my role is helping you figure out what actually works for you — and then helping you build the structure and support to make it stick.
